مصباح يضاء عند بداية السبت.
يمكن أن تتخذ مصابيح السبت أشكالًا مختلفة: شمعدان يتشكّل من قاعدتين وشمعتين؛ حامل رباعي يوضع في بولندا على الطاولة؛ مصباح زيت معلق على شكل نجمة، ويسمى أيضًا Judenstern. وأقدم Judenstern موجود في مدينة إرفورت الألمانية. شاع استخدام الـ Judensterne في بلدان المحاذية لنهر الراين.
